Establishment of Cyber Operations and Defense Emulation Lab at National CERT Islamabad

The National Telecommunication and Information Technology Security Board (NTISB) under the Ministry of Information and Technology is procuring advanced cyber security hardware and licensed software for the establishment of a Cyber Operations and Defense Emulation Lab at the National Computer Emergency Response Team (nCERT) headquarters located in Islamabad. Warranty and support terms require minimum one to three years onsite OEM warranty with next business day replacement and technical support. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). They should have at least three years of experience in IT business, sales, and after-sales support. Bidders must be authorized partners, resellers, distributors, or manufacturers of the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with a verifiable presence in Pakistan. Submission of earnest money in the form of a bid security amounting to PKR 800,000 is mandatory. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through the e-PADS portal.
