Supply of D.A Bolts and Nuts & Bolts of Different Sizes for Lahore Electric Supply Company

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids for the procurement of D.A Bolts and Nuts and Bolts of different sizes under Tender No. 4422 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned for delivery within Lahore, specifically to the Regional Stores at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a National Competitive Bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - DA Bolt 14" (2500 Nos.) - Bolts & Nuts 5/8x1.5" (2500 Nos.) - Bolts & Nuts 5/8x6" (10000 Nos.) - Bolts & Nuts 5/8x9" (20000 Nos.) - Bolts & Nuts 5/8x16" (4000 Nos.) - R/Washer 1" dia, 3/8" hole (8000 Nos.) The materials must strictly conform to the standard specifications of NGC/PPMC. Bidders who do not possess valid prototype approval must obtain it from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC, Lahore before mass production. Delays in prototype submission will incur liquidated damages. Inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives. Delivery must be completed within 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Early supply is acceptable. Bidders must be registered with FBR, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and prequalified with LESCO/DISCO/WAPDA under the relevant category. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
