Daily Collection of Airline Refuse and Garbage at Peshawar Station

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation (PIAC) invites qualified suppliers for the daily collection of airline refuse and garbage at Peshawar Station for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Department based in Peshawar Cantt. The scope includes collection of throw-away food items, disposable bags, broken plastics, paper cups, discarded bottles, unserviceable cardboard boxes, used aluminum casseroles, old newspapers, and all disposable items from various PIA premises including the Flight Kitchen, Engineering Building, Apron, TGS Workshop, domestic cargo at the airport, PIA Booking Office, and Medical Centre/Dispensary in Peshawar. The vendor is responsible for daily collection, washing, and cleaning of floors after each collection, ensuring round-the-clock service including holidays. Staff must wear uniforms and badges for identification. Eligibility requires registration with the Income Tax Department and submission of earnest money at 5% of the total bid value along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 10,000. Performance bond of 25% may be requested from successful bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS and sealed bids dropped in the tender box at the Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Booking Office, 33-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt by July 2, 2026, 10:30 AM. Manual submissions without E-PADS are not allowed. The contract is for one year with possible extension for two more years with a 16% enhancement on the bid value. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all bid documents including earnest money and tender fee are properly prepared and submitted on time through the mandated electronic system to avoid disqualification.
