Daily Local Purchase Medicines, Disposable, Lab Kits and Implants for Financial Year 2026/2027

Garrison Medical Centre Petaro invites sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered reputed firms duly registered with Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan for provision of local purchase medicines, disposable items, lab kits, and implants on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. All firms must be registered with income tax authorities and sales tax department must be on the active taxpayer list of FBR. Interested parties are required to intimate the maximum rebate or discount to be offered on the retail price of medicines. The last date for submission of tenders is 01 October 2026 by 0900 hrs. Bids must be deposited with the Medical Officer Incharge Medical Store GMC Petaro. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 1000 hrs in the presence of representative bidders. GMC Petaro reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules 33(1). The sealed tender bids must comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes as per PPRA rules 36(b). The envelopes shall be clearly marked as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion.
