Daily Use Items, Grocery, Toiletries, Electronics, Stationery and Online Ordering Platform Supply

Pakistan Railways Advisory & Logistics (PRAL) invites sealed proposals from eligible vendors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of daily use items, grocery, toiletries, electronics, stationery, and an online ordering platform through a Framework Agreement. This procurement is aimed at ensuring a reliable supply chain for essential goods and services to support operational needs in Islamabad. Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted to the Procurement Cell at Galaxy Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Plot # 266-B, Street # 9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad no later than 3:00 PM on September 11, 2026. The proposals will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement scope includes supply of the listed items and provision of an online ordering platform to facilitate efficient procurement and delivery. Vendors must be registered with FBR and Sales Tax Departments and comply with all regulatory requirements.
