Damaged Conductor Replacement Work Between Tower Locations 99 to 102 of 220kV Sheikh Muhammadi-Daudkhel Transmission Line at Dara Adam Khel

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids for a specialized electrical works project in Peshawar. The procurement is for the replacement of damaged conductors on the 220kV Sheikh Muhammadi-Daudkhel Transmission Line between tower locations 99 to 102 at Dara Adam Khel. This project is managed by the TL M Division of NGC Peshawar. Items being procured: - Transportation - Dismantling of 220kV Double Circuit Damaged Conductor - Stringing of New Single Rail Conductor along with all hardware assemblies between Tower No. 99 to 102 The technical scope involves careful dismantling and replacement of high voltage conductors on a double circuit transmission line, requiring experienced electrical and mechanical handling. The site is located at Dara Adam Khel, and the work demands strict adherence to safety and technical standards for high voltage transmission lines. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and comply with PEC Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedures. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Bidders should have relevant experience in transmission line conductor replacement or similar electrical works. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) V2.0 by 20-08-2026 at 13:00 hours. The bid opening will occur the same day at 13:30 hours on E-PADS V2.0. A refundable bid security of not less than 2% of the estimated amount in PKR is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
