Damaged Conductor Replacement Work Between Tower Locations 99 to 102 of 220kV Sheikh Muhammadi-Dadukhel Transmission Line at Dara Adam Khel

National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGCP) Limited invites bids for damaged conductor replacement work between tower locations 99 to 102 of the 220kV Sheikh Muhammadi-Dadukhel Transmission Line (Circuit I & II) at Dara Adam Khel, Peshawar. This procurement is for the replacement and stringing of conductors on a critical transmission line section to ensure reliable power transmission. Items being procured: - Transportation and dismantling of 220kV double circuit damaged conductor - Stringing of new single rail conductor along with all hardware assemblies between tower numbers 99 to 102 The scope includes careful removal of damaged conductors and installation of new conductors with all associated hardware, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. The work is to be executed at the specified transmission line section in Dara Adam Khel, Peshawar. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and comply with PEC Single Stage - Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of not less than 2% of the estimated amount in PKR (refundable) is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) V2.0 by 20-08-2026 at 01:00 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 p.m. via E-PADS in the presence of bidders.
