Procurement of Data Center Facility Equipment (Power, UPS & Cooling) for NTC Data Center Islamabad

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of Data Center Facility Equipment including Power, UPS, and Cooling systems for its Data Center located in Islamabad. This procurement aims to upgrade the existing Huawei-based infrastructure to support higher density IT equipment while maintaining operational continuity and Tier III data center standards. Items being procured: - 2 units of 50 kVA UPS power modules by OEM Huawei compatible with existing Huawei UPS5000-E system - 6 units of 4 Pole MCB Breaker 40 Amps or matching existing switchgear - 2 units of 4 Pole MCB Breaker 125 Amps or matching existing switchgear - 6 units of 3 Phase Industrial Socket 40 Amps electrical receptacles - 180 ft of 4-Core 16mm Cu/PVC/PVC/XLPE cables - 100 ft of 4-Core 6mm Cu/PVC/PVC/XLPE cables - 250 ft of 4-Core 50mm Cu/PVC/PVC/XLPE cables - 1 unit of Huawei FusionCol5000 In-Row Precision Cooling Unit (65-70 kW) - 3 units of 42U racks (600/800mm W x 1200mm D x 2000mm H) - 6 units of Intelligent Rack PDUs with power distribution and monitoring The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of all equipment with the existing Huawei NetEco DCIM system. The contractor will also perform dismantling and relocation of existing equipment as needed, conduct thermal assessments, and ensure compliance with Huawei OEM standards and TIA-942 Rated-3 (Tier III) data center design principles. Eligible bidders must be authorized by Huawei as OEM and provide a Manufacturer's Authorization Letter. Bidders should have relevant experience of at least three data center facility installation or upgrade projects. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required. The contract duration for delivery and installation is 12 weeks from signing. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by **September 10, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Hard copy of bid security must be delivered to Room No. 05, Ground Floor, NTC HQs, G-5/2, Islamabad before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
