The Bahawalpur Canal Division invites e-Bids from eligible contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of DB Ditch Lining and associated works at RD 1 DB Ditch, Bahawalpur. Items being procured: - Construction of DB Ditch Lining (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6,572,954, Earnest Money: Rs. 197,186, Completion Period: 365 Days) - Rehabilitation Works at RD 1 DB Ditch (Estimated Cost: Rs. 662,752, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Completion Period: 365 Days) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for canal lining and rehabilitation, ensuring improved water conveyance and structural integrity. All works must comply with the specifications and standards set by the Punjab Irrigation Department. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or other acceptable financial instrument, processed exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per PPRA and S&GAD instructions. All bidding documents and instructions are available online via the Punjab e-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline of 23 September 2026, 2:00 PM. The opening of bids will be conducted online through e-PADS at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Bahawalpur Canal Circle, Bahawalpur.
