Procurement of Dedicated VPS Hosting Server for Production Deployment of POMPAK Project / NIBAFLMS

The National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan NIBAF-P (National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF)) invites bids for the procurement of a Dedicated VPS Hosting Server for the production deployment of the POMPAK Project and NIBAFLMS in Islamabad. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dedicated physical dual core VPS Server (32+ vCPU, 64+ GB RAM, 2x2+ TB NVMe) - LiteSpeed Web Server License - cPanel / Cyber Panel / WHM or any hosting commercial License - Imunify360 / Security License - Backup Storage & Automated Backup - SSL Certificate (Wildcard) - 24/7 Managed Technical Support & Monitoring The scope includes full server setup, configuration, commissioning, installation of required software and security measures including firewall, antivirus, SSL encryption, automated daily backups with off-site storage, and 24/7 monitoring and support. The server must be located within Pakistan with data residency mandatory. The vendor will also provide migration support for existing NIBAF applications and monthly performance and uptime reports. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, have valid NTN and ATL certificates, and meet minimum financial and technical qualifications including experience in VPS hosting. Earnest money of PKR 100,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:10 AM on September 11, 2026, with bid opening at 11:40 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
