This tender invites qualified contractors in Thatta for the construction of deep hand pumps across various villages of Jhangri Union Council. The Public Health Engineering Division Thatta requires experienced firms registered with PEC in relevant categories CE-09 and CE-10 to execute boreholes, installation of PVC pipes, strainer pipes, and associated civil works. The scope includes resistivity surveys, tube well boring up to 100 feet, installation of pumping machinery, and related infrastructure. The work demands careful site management, proper material handling, and adherence to technical specifications to ensure sustainable water supply solutions in rural Thatta.
Contractors must be PEC registered with valid renewal for 2025-26, possess experience in similar water and sewerage projects, and demonstrate financial capacity with a minimum turnover of 80% of the estimated cost. Compliance with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registration and active tax payer status is mandatory. Bidders should submit technical proposals attested and stamped, including CVs of engineering staff, bank statements, and affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status.
The tender requires submission through the EPADS online portal by the deadline of 04 March 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Thatta office.
