Procurement of Dental Materials, Medicines, and Electro Medical Equipment for Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad

This procurement notice invites sealed bids for the supply of dental materials, medicines, and electro medical equipment for Jinnah Dental Hospital under the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Health Department in Muzaffarabad. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip the hospital with essential medical supplies and equipment to enhance patient care and treatment capabilities. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened. Authorized importers and distributors meeting the technical criteria specified in the bidding documents are eligible to participate. Bid security in the form of a CDR is required: Rs. 90,000 for dental materials, Rs. 60,000 for medicines, and Rs. 75,000 for electro medical equipment, payable to the Executive Director Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad. Cheques are not accepted. Bids must remain valid until June 30, 2027. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, terms, and evaluation criteria can be obtained until November 24, 2026, during office hours upon payment of Rs. 2,000 non-refundable fee from the store in-charge. All taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged as per applicable rules. Bids should be submitted in tape binding, duly sealed, with proper page marking and signatures on each page by authorized persons. An affidavit certifying that bidders are not blacklisted or in conflict with any government entity in Pakistan or AJK is mandatory. Bid opening will be held on November 25, 2026, at Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad at the specified times for each category. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to increase or decrease quantities as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bid evaluation reports and contract awards will be published on the AJK PPRA website.
