Tender Description
Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-2026, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and enlisted with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP. The procurement is for design and construction works in Peshawar city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Construction of Corridor Access Points and Bus Stop Shelters
- Conversion of Existing Parking Area into a Commercial Zone at Zu Business Centre Chamkani Lot-2
The technical scope includes construction of corridor access points and bus stop shelters as well as conversion of a parking area into a commercial zone. The estimated costs are Rs. 486.584 million for the corridor access points and shelters, and Rs. 210.760 million for the commercial zone conversion. The works require PEC category C-3 and above contractors. Bidders must be registered with all relevant authorities and have sufficient experience in similar works. The site is in Peshawar, and the project is under the regulatory authority of KP-PPRA.
The tender submission deadline is **27/07/2026 11:00 AM**, with technical bids opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS online system and physically submit original bid security and tender form fees to the PDA office before the deadline. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17/07/2026 at 14:00 hours at the office of Director (Coord) PIU-BRT, PDA.
