Design and Construction of Corridor Access Points and Shelters with Conversion of Parking Area into Commercial Zone at Peshawar

Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) invites bids through EPADS for major construction works in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project involves significant infrastructure development with an estimated cost of **PKR 486.584 million** for the corridor access points and shelters, and **PKR 210.760 million** for the commercial zone conversion. The site is located in Peshawar, and the works demand experienced contractors with valid registrations including EPADS, PEC for 2025-2026, KPRA, FBR (NTN), and enlistment with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids electronically via EPADS and physically submit original bid security and tender fees before the deadline. The tender closing date is **27th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 17th July 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of Director (Coord) PIU-BRT, PDA. The bid validity period is 90 days from the opening date.
