Design Consultancy Services for NUTECH Islamabad Campus Establishment

The National University of Technology Islamabad is procuring professional design consultancy services for the establishment of its main campus under the PSDP funding. This project involves detailed engineering design, preparation of drawings, and construction stage tender documents. The scope covers comprehensive consultancy work to support the development of the NUTECH campus located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Additionally, firms should hold valid PEC or PCATP registration in the relevant category and demonstrate relevant experience and qualified staff as per the RFP criteria. Blacklisted firms will not be considered. The procurement follows a Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online via EPADS – PPRA portal by the deadline of 8th July 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1145 hours. Bidders must ensure proposals are complete and in the prescribed format to avoid disqualification. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 is required in the form of a pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Development Project Security Account.
