Design, Development, Supply, Installation, Integration, Commissioning, Training and Operations of HCMS under IDSRS PSDP Project National Institute of Health Islamabad

The National Institute of Health (NIH) Islamabad invites bids for the design, development, supply, installation, integration, commissioning, training, and operations of the Hospital Case Management System (HCMS) under the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) PSDP Project. Items being procured: - Design of HCMS - Development of HCMS - Supply of required hardware and software - Installation and integration of HCMS - Commissioning of the system - Training of relevant staff - Operations and maintenance support This project is based in Islamabad at the NIH premises located on Park Road, Chak Shahzad. The scope includes full lifecycle delivery of the HCMS solution to enhance disease surveillance and response capabilities. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in health management information systems, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and bid security requirements apply as per tender documents. Technical proposals must be submitted in Stage-I. The bid submission deadline has been extended to 6th October 2026. Bidders must submit their proposals via the EPADS electronic procurement system.
