Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of GMP Compliant Sterile Production Area

The Head Procurement office in Islamabad invites qualified EPC contractors for a comprehensive project involving the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art clean room facility compliant with current GMP standards. This turnkey project is aimed at establishing a sterile production area for pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically designed to meet DRAP regulatory requirements for validation and qualification of sterile production areas. The facility will house two production lines with capacities of 6000 vials per batch (10ml vials with fill volume of 1-2ml) and 10000 vials per batch (10ml vials with fill volume of 5-10ml). The scope includes complete clean room design, independent HVAC and filtration systems, installation of all utilities as per regulatory standards, and a truck entry gate for enterprise handling. The EPC contract requires firms to be registered with the Sales Tax Department, have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities, and provide proforma invoices for FE components. The procuring agency will handle LC establishment and import of FE components, while custom clearance and inland transportation remain the buyer’s responsibility. Eligible bidders must be registered EPC contractors with relevant experience in clean room development and DRAP regulatory compliance. Firms should have valid FBR registration and be capable of providing a 2% earnest money deposit of the total order value inclusive of GST.
