Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas transmission and distribution company based in Lahore, invites sealed applications and proposals from well-equipped and reputed agencies. The agencies must have progressive experience of at least five years in designing and printing annual reports for well-known listed companies. The procurement involves the designing and printing of the Annual & Sustainability Report for the year 2026. The report will be approximately 320 pages including the cover, with about 200 pages in 4 basic colors plus 1 special color and 120 pages in two colors. The complete work includes designing, printing, and providing the reports with envelopes and jackets.

Interested agencies may download bidding documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) from EPADS 2.0 portal. The tender will close at 11:00 a.m. on 18-September-2026 and will open on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through EPADS 2.0. The advertisement is also available on www.sngpl.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
Eligibility criteria include relevant experience, technical capability, and compliance with SNGPL requirements. Earnest money and bid security details are provided in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure timely submission of their technical and financial bids as per the instructions.
