Tender Description
National Textile University, Faisalabad invites sealed bids through EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the procurement of various goods. The items include Desktop Computers, Furniture, Chemicals, Stationery, and miscellaneous items to be delivered at the NTU Faisalabad campus.
Items being procured:
- Desktop Computer Qty. = 80 Nos.
- Chair Plastic (Student Chair with Writing Pad) Qty. = 200 Nos.
- Different Types of 06 Furniture Items
- Fans (Ceiling Fans, AC / DC) Qty. = 300 Nos.
- Different Types of 87 Stationery Items
- Different Types of 18 General Store Items

The scope covers supply of quality materials as per tender documents with delivery at NTU Faisalabad. Eligible firms must be original manufacturers, authorized agents, or distributors registered with GST, PST, and Income Tax. Earnest money amounts are specified against each item and must be submitted as Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of NTU Earnest/Retention Money, drawn on Faisalabad.
Sealed bids must reach the office of Convener Purchase by or before 02:30 pm on 28-08-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents are available on EPADS 2.0 and may also be downloaded from the official NTU website. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000 non-refundable.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your earnest money is submitted exactly as specified and on time to avoid disqualification. Also, register and submit bids through EPADS to comply with tender requirements.
