This tender invites bids for the procurement of high-performance desktop computers for the Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) at the Academic Directorate of NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad. The department requires reliable suppliers registered with FBR and active on the tax payer list to provide business-class desktop systems with Intel Core i9 processors, DDR5 RAM, PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage, and branded wireless peripherals. The tender covers two options of configurations including dedicated Nvidia or AMD graphics cards and integrated Intel graphics, tailored to meet the computing needs of academic and administrative staff.
The procurement involves supplying, installing, and commissioning desktop computers within 4 to 6 weeks at the NUST H-12 campus. The technical specifications demand business model series with 1 to 3 years verifiable warranty. Suppliers must submit bids through the E-PADS online portal and also provide a hard copy at the time of bid opening. The evaluation will be based on a comprehensive criteria including manufacturer authorization, technical compliance, firm capacity, past experience, and financial stability. The tender emphasizes strict adherence to specifications and warranty requirements to ensure quality and performance.
Bidders should ensure they hold a valid PEC category if applicable, maintain active FBR registration, and comply with the 2025-26 fiscal year tax and regulatory requirements. Affidavits confirming no blacklisting or litigation must be submitted on stamp paper. The bid security must be exactly 3% of the quoted value, and performance guarantees of 5% will be required for the warranty period. Firms must also provide utility bills and other documentation as per the tender annexures to validate their eligibility.
The submission deadline is set for 21 April 2026 at 1100 hrs, with bid opening at 1130 hrs in the P&LP Directorate Conference Room near NT Park, NUST H-12 Campus, Islamabad.
