Tender Description
Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids from FBR registered firms for the supply of various IT and stationery items on a free delivery basis to the consignee as defined in the bidding documents for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for Islamabad and managed by the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad.

- Electricity Bill Form (General) imported best quality paper of 80 GMS ± 5% tolerance in size (210 x 297 mm) to the extent of 2 mm, top margin 5mm and left margin 5mm tolerance ± 0.5 mm, micro perforated (A-5) printed on A-4 (2,000 sheets per box), box contains 2,000 No. A-4 sheets with 4,000 No. A-5 perforated bills (13,011 boxes)
- DCN (General) imported best quality paper of 80 GMS ± 5% tolerance in size (210 x 297 mm) to the extent of 2 mm, top margin 5mm and left margin 5mm tolerance ± 0.5 mm, micro perforated (A-5) printed on A-4 (2,000 sheets per box), box contains 2,000 No. A-4 sheets with 4,000 No. A-5 perforated bills (1,087 boxes)
- Electricity Bill Form (MDI) imported best quality paper of 80 GMS ± 5% tolerance in size (210 x 297 mm) to the extent of 2 mm & offset tolerance 1 mm (310 boxes)
- DCN (MDI) imported best quality paper of 80 GMS ± 5% tolerance in size (210 x 297 mm) to the extent of 2 mm & offset tolerance 1 mm (17 boxes)
- ERO/DCO size 15 x 5.5 sid sprocket hole, fan folded on offset computer paper of century paper mills gramage 63 GMS ± 5% tolerance in size up to 1/8 (281 boxes)
The technical scope includes supply of high-quality IT equipment and specialized printed stationery with precise size and tolerance specifications suitable for electricity billing purposes. Manual bids will not be entertained. A set of technical bids must also be submitted on E-PADS v2.0 for verification.
