Saindak Metals Limited (SML) invites Technical and Financial Proposals through Electronic Bids (EPADS) from consultancy firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR, and BRA (or the concerned revenue authority), and appearing on FBR's Active Taxpayers List. Consultants shall be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method, as per PPRA's Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, following the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Detailed design of civil works - Resident supervision of civil works for development projects The consultancy involves providing expert design and on-site supervision services for civil works related to development projects managed by Saindak Metals Limited. The scope includes preparation of detailed designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and overseeing construction activities to maintain quality and timelines. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC, have valid FBR and BRA registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by the deadline. The bidding documents, including terms, conditions, qualification requirements, and evaluation criteria, are available on the PPRA e-Procurement Management System (EPMS) and SML's official website. Proposals must be submitted electronically via E-PADS on or before August 28, 2026, at 11:00 hrs. Bids will be opened on EPADS on August 28, 2026, at 11:30 hrs, publicly in the presence of attending bidders' representatives at SML's Head Office, Gul Bagh Street, Samangli Road, Quetta.
