The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the development of 01 No. Off-Site Army ATM Room at POL ASC Depot, Khanewal under NBP District Court Branch, Khanewal, R.O Vehari. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation (400 Cft) - Brick masonry 9" thick and above (450 Cft) - Brick masonry 4-1/2" thick (100 Sft) - D.P.C. 1:2:4 (50 Sft) - Ghassu filling (300 Cft) - Brick ballast (50 Cft) - P.C.C. 1:4:8 under flooring (30 Cft) - P.C.C. 1:2:4 under flooring (60 Sft) - Floor tiles (Porcelain 600mm x 600mm) (60 Sft) - Granite skirting (50 Rft) - Cement plaster 1/2 inch thick (1000 Sft) - 12mm thick glass doors (21 Sft) - False ceiling gypsum tiles (60 Sft) - Cornice laminated tactile sheet (25 Rft) - R.C.C. 1:2:4 concrete (100 Cft) - Steel reinforcement Grade 60 (150 Kgs) - Steel doors for ATM, guard room & emergency exit (21 Sft) - Internal paint works (ash white plastic emulsion 500 Sft, weather shield paint 700 Sft) - Roof insulation/treatment (70 Sft) - P.C.C. 1:2:4 gola (40 Rft) - Granite marble (20 Sft) - Khurra drainage (1 Job) - Drain pipe UPVC 3 inch dia (13 Rft) - Tuff tiles 1ft x 1ft x 2 inch thick (100 Sft) - Fiber shed parking canopy (20 Sft) - Wooden wall/column cladding (50 Sft) - Stainless steel railing (10 Rft) - Tactile tiles for ramps (40 Sft) Electrical works include point wiring, lighting circuits, AC wiring, LED fittings, fans, sockets, ATM DB, earth system, communication/data cabinet, UTP cable termination, LAN connectors, telephone wiring, NBP standardized ATM signboard, and solar system components including inverter, solar panels, battery, and wiring. Air-conditioning works include supply and installation of 1.0 ton wall mounted DC inverter AC unit, concealed copper piping, and underground drain piping. The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, and air-conditioning works as per BOQs and technical specifications. The site is located at POL ASC Depot, Khanewal under NBP District Court Branch, Khanewal, R.O Vehari. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have active FBR and Provincial Revenue Board status, PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, completion of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years, and no blacklisting or debarment. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of Rs. 60,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee must be submitted in original before bid closing. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual bids are not accepted. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement. Payment terms, performance security, and other contractual conditions are as per the bidding documents and FIDIC Red Book 2017. The Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
