Development of Capital House in Sector F-5 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad is inviting bids from experienced contractors or joint venture firms for the development of Capital House located in Sector F-5, Islamabad. This project requires contractors who can demonstrate relevant experience and prove their eligibility and qualifications as outlined in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Development of Capital House in Sector F-5, Islamabad The scope of work includes full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) responsibilities. The contractor will be responsible for complying with all specifications and standards applicable to the project and providing a complete solution for the intended purpose as detailed in the bidding documents. The project site is in Islamabad, and the work involves civil construction and related development activities. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid FBR and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration. Technical bids must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA, issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidders are required to upload scanned copies of the Bid Security on the e-PADS portal and provide the original before the opening of technical bids. The bidding documents will be available from 20th July 2026 on the e-PADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS system on or before the due date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted as per the e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. The bid submission deadline is 31st August 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Director P&CA-I, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
