Development Work of Emergency Exit at NBP Regional Office Building Multan

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the DEVELOPMENT WORK OF EMERGENCY EXIT at its Regional Office Building in Multan. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List, and have completed at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 5 million in the last three years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque is required. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 portal by Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract duration is 120 days.
