Development of GMP Compliant Sterile Production Area with Accessories in Islamabad

The Head Procurement office in Islamabad invites qualified EPC contractors for the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art clean room facility compliant with current GMP standards. This turnkey project involves developing a sterile production area as per DRAP regulatory requirements for validation and qualification of sterile production on an FOB Islamabad basis. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The facility will house two production lines: the first with a capacity of 6000 vials per batch of 10ml volume, and the second with 10000 vials per batch of 5ml volume. The scope includes complete clean room design, construction, independent HVAC and filtration systems, provision and installation of all utilities as per regulatory standards, and two truck entry gates for emergency handling. Compliance with cGMP, WHO, and DRAP standards is mandatory. Experienced EPC firms with proven clean room development track records are encouraged to apply. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in similar projects.
