Development and Implementation of the Integrated Training Institutes ERP and Student Specific ERP–Odoo

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) invites proposals through E-PADS from qualified, experienced and financially sound firms for Upgradation, Customization, Implementation, Data Migration, Training and Post-Go-Live Support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) – Odoo for KP-TEVTA in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Upgradation of Integrated Training Institutes ERP - Customization of ERP - Implementation of ERP - Data Migration - Training - Post-Go-Live Support The scope includes system customization, data migration, integration, training, and ongoing support for large-scale or multi-location organizations. Eligible firms must have proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and support. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through the KPPRA e-PADS system. Firms must submit a Bid Security of Rs. 600,000 in the form of a refundable CDR in favor of the Managing Director, KP-TEVTA. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope to KP-TEVTA before the bid closing date and time, otherwise bids will be considered non-responsive. The successful bidder will provide a Performance Security of 10% of the contract amount in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee prior to contract signing. The last date and time for submission of proposals is 28-10-2026 at 11:30 AM, with the opening of technical proposals at 12:00 PM on the same day. Financial proposals of eligible and technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently as per procurement rules.
