Tender Description
Development and improvement works for various schools, parks, and grounds in Union Councils 41, 42, and 43 of District Central Karachi are being procured by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Engineering Department. This tender covers extensive civil and electrical works including dismantling, concrete works, masonry, plastering, flooring, electrical installations, and landscaping. The project involves the use of quality materials such as reinforced cement concrete, ceramic tiles, and electrical fittings, with a focus on durability and compliance with local standards.
The scope includes construction and renovation of buildings, installation of street lighting, and provision of garden benches using recycled materials.
