Development Package for Dalbandin Phase-I and Phase-II Works

The Executive Engineer Provincial B&R District Chagi invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of development works in Dalbandin for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Development Package for Dalbandin Phase-I (Tender No. TSE-2627101212603) with estimated cost Rs. 249,435,022 - Development Package for Dalbandin Phase-II (Tender No. TSE-2627101212643) with estimated cost Rs. 248,062,251 Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria include presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to 500 million) in relevant categories CE02(i) Bridge Structures, CE09(i) Sewerage Works, CE09(ii) Water Supply, CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works. Bidders must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature with turnover of at least PKR 174,604,515 in previous years demonstrating financial capacity. Affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting/debarment, major litigation, or non-performance in last 5 years is required. At least 2 projects in last 5 years with minimum 35% of estimated cost each, including at least 1 road/pavement construction project costing 40% and 1 building project. Tender fee is PKR 2,500 and bid security is 3% of estimated cost per package in form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from scheduled bank.
