The Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore invites reputed and financially sound firms with relevant experience and registration for the development and renovation of horticultural works at multiple sites in Lahore. The procurement includes the rehabilitation of different horticultural works at a block park near Walton Road, PHA Lahore (area: 0.75 acre), development of horticultural works at Government High School for Boys, Fateh Abad (Hussain Abad), Railway Line, PHA Lahore (area: 0.75 acre), renovation of Darbar Wali Park, Charar Sind, PHA Lahore (area: 10 kanals), and the horticultural development/renovation of Government Khawaja Rafique Shaheed College, Walton Road, Lahore (area: 65 kanals). Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of horticultural works at block park near Walton Road (0.75 acre) - Development of horticultural works at Government High School for Boys, Fateh Abad (0.75 acre) - Renovation of Darbar Wali Park, Charar Sind (10 kanals) - Horticultural development/renovation at Government Khawaja Rafique Shaheed College, Walton Road (65 kanals) The works require experienced contractors familiar with horticultural landscaping and development. The sites are located within Lahore city and require compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the lot-wise details. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee/security up to 10% of the work order amount in the shape of CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore. Bids will be received and opened on 29-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. respectively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
