Development Works at Karachi Bus Terminal

The Quetta Development Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of development works at Karachi Bus Terminal for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Development works at Karachi Bus Terminal with an estimated cost of PKR 500,000,000 Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature of work. Turnover of at least PKR 350,000,000 in 3 subsequent previous years showing financial capacity of the firm is mandatory. Submission of CDR Challan for Cash Deposit is required. The bidder must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, not blacklisted, not debarred, no major litigation, no non-performance in last 5 years, and no failure to sign contract in Pakistan or any international agency. The bidder must have undertaken/completed at least 3 projects (≥80% similar activities; maintenance, patchwork & rehabilitation excluded), each costing ≥50% of estimated cost, undertaken within the last 5 years. No subletting/subcontracting is allowed. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security must accompany the bids in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender fee is PKR 5000/-. The last date of bid submission is 19 August, 2026 till 12:00 PM through supplier dashboard only. Tender opening will be on the same day at 01:00 PM on EPPS System.
