Provision of Diesel Generators 800+KVA for WASA Multan Disposal Stations

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites e-tenders for the provision of diesel generators of 800 KVA and above to be installed at various disposal stations, including Chungi No. 06, Old Shujabad, Sameejabad, Vehari Road, and Khan Village Disposal Stations in Multan. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system (EP) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Only registered suppliers/contractors with a valid PEC license in Category C-6 or above (with electrical/mechanical specialization) are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Diesel Generator 800 KVA or above for Chungi No. 06 Disposal Station - Diesel Generator 800 KVA or above for Old Shujabad Disposal Station - Diesel Generator 800 KVA or above for Sameejabad Disposal Station - Diesel Generator 800 KVA or above for Vehari Road Disposal Station - Diesel Generator 800 KVA or above for Khan Village Disposal Station The technical scope includes supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of high-capacity diesel generators, each with a minimum capacity of 300 KVA. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in similar works and must have completed at least three contracts of similar nature, each with a minimum contract value of Rs. 3 million. Active FBR ATL status, valid NTN, and PEC registration are mandatory. Earnest Money/Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost (Rs. 510,000) in favor of WASA Multan must be submitted digitally via the e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted online at www.epp.punjab.gov.pk by 25-05-2026, not later than 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at WASA Head Office, 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Multan.
