Digging Cleaning of Mainhole and Sewerage Lines Ward 1 to 7 Municipal Committee Ghotki

The Municipal Committee Ghotki invites bids for the digging and cleaning of mainhole and sewerage lines in Wards 1 to 7 of the city. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving sewerage cleaning and excavation, under the supervision of the Municipal Committee Ghotki in Sindh province. Items being procured: - Cleaning of collecting tank/sump below ground level including dewatering of sullage water and disposal of garbage and solid waste (43887.50 P.% 0Cft) - Earth work excavation in ashes, sand, soft soil or silt clearance undressed lead up to 50 ft (29888.25 P. Cft) - Extra lead for every 50 ft additional lead or part thereof (73775.75 P.%Cft) The technical scope includes excavation and cleaning of sewerage lines and mainholes, dewatering, and disposal of solid waste outside the tank. The work must be executed according to PWD/PHE specifications with no premium on non-schedule items. The contractor must bring materials from specified quarries as per the estimate. The project duration is 24 months with a liquidated damages clause of 0.35% of estimated cost per day for delay. Eligibility criteria require registration with PEC (where applicable), active registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, relevant experience of at least 5 years with similar works, minimum turnover of Rs. 4 million over the last five years, and submission of 5% bid security in the form of call deposit. An affidavit of non-blacklisting is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 05 August 2026 at 09:00 AM. The original tender fee of Rs. 2000 and bid security must be delivered to the Municipal Committee Ghotki office before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
