Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized as dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of digital multi meters and AC/DC clamp meters. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and delivery is to be made free of cost at the GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad.
Items being procured:
- AC/DC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (2000A) Primary Side, Quantity: 08
- AC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeter (100A) Secondary, Quantity: 24
- Digital Multi Meter, Quantity: 23
The meters should be from USA, Europe, Japan, or equivalent countries with sample selection. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bid guarantees must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the e-bid submission deadline. All bids must be uploaded on the EPADS v2.0 portal with the firm's name and brief file description.
Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date. Bid prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes. Bids must remain valid for 150 days, and bid guarantees must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date. Only type-tested equipment from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023 will be considered. Conditional, late, or incomplete bids without required bid guarantees will be rejected. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
The bid opening date and time is 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The required bid guarantee is PKR 0.100 million, and the average annual turnover required for the last three years is PKR 3.820 million. The required delivery period is 120 days from the purchase order issuance date.
