Tender Description
Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement and installation of a digital SMD screen for the main committee room located at PEDO House, Sector 38/B-2, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. This tender follows the Single Stage, One Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA rules.
Items being procured:
- Digital SMD Screen for Main Committee Room
The scope includes supply, delivery, and professional installation of the digital SMD screen ensuring full operational functionality in the designated committee room. Bidders must be authorized suppliers or dealers of the manufacturer and provide documentary proof of authorization. The bidder must have an office in Peshawar and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active status, including an active Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN).
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by **October 5, 2026, at 11:00 Hrs**. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the Main Committee Room, PEDO House, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the quoted price in the form of a bank draft or CDR in favor of CEO, PEDO, valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity date, must accompany the bid and be submitted in hard copy as well.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47(1) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid solicitation document available on e-PADS and ensure compliance with all requirements. Having a local office in Peshawar is crucial for timely coordination and support during installation and after-sales service.
