This tender invites sealed proposals for the establishment of Digital Studios under the Project Digital-Hub Connected Classrooms at designated centres of the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) in Islamabad. The procurement focuses on supplying advanced IT and audiovisual equipment including high-performance laptops, mirrorless broadcast cameras, LED studio lighting, audio systems, and related infrastructure to enhance digital learning environments.
The scope covers turnkey solutions involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of digital studio equipment at FDE centres. The technical specifications demand cutting-edge hardware such as Intel Core i7 or AMD Ryzen 7 laptops with NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPUs, 4K UHD capable cameras with AI autofocus, professional tripods, acoustic treatments, and power backup systems. The project requires delivery within 45 days of the supply order, ensuring timely setup for the 2025-26 financial year.
Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, holding valid GST and NTN registrations.
