Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Karachi invites authorized service providers and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) to submit e-applications for the prequalification of a Digital Supply Chain Financing Platform covering both Up and Down-Stream processes. This procurement is managed by the Procurement Division, Logistics, Communications & Marketing Group at NBP's Head Office Building in Karachi.

The scope involves the acquisition and implementation of a comprehensive digital platform designed to facilitate supply chain financing, enhancing transactional efficiency and financial management for NBP and its clients. The platform must comply with all technical and security requirements as detailed in the electronic prequalification documents available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, appear on the ATL, and have proven experience in delivering similar digital financial solutions. The procurement process follows Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) established for this tender. Electronic proposals must be submitted exclusively via EPADS by **12th February 2026 at 03:00 PM**. Manual bids will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
