Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of a Digital Wall 220 inch or higher, a High Resolution 4K Projector, and 103 units of 43 inch Smart LED TVs for Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) in Hyderabad, Sindh. The procurement falls under the Electronics & Appliances category and is planned for the financial year 2025-26. The items will be delivered on FCS basis at the Regional Store Hyderabad, with unloading responsibility on the supplier. The Digital Wall consists of 3x2 UHD 55 inch display units from reputed brands. The 4K Projector features 7000 lumens brightness, laser life of 30,000 hours, and multiple control interfaces. The Smart LED Screens are UHD 43 inch TVs from internationally reputable brands or equivalent.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows Public Procurement Rule 36(b) with a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security amounts vary by lot, and samples must be submitted before bid closing. Delivery timelines are 60 to 120 days depending on the item. The technical bid is submitted online via EPADS, with the original bid security submitted physically to HESCO. Financial bids will be opened only for technically responsive bidders. The contract requires a 5% performance security and a 36-month warranty period onsite including parts and labor.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories and maintain active FBR registration for FY 2025-26. The bid validity period is 120 days. All prices must be quoted firm in PKR and include all applicable taxes. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. The contract includes liquidated damages of 2% per month up to 10% for late delivery. Arbitration will be conducted in Hyderabad under Pakistani law.
The submission deadline is on the 2nd of March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM at HESCO's WAPDA Offices Complex, Hussainabad, Hyderabad.
