Procurement of Digitization of Project Data Software (Deworming Initiative of School-Aged Children in Balochistan 2026-28 Total items count (No. 10000)

The Health Department, Government of Balochistan, through its Health Sector & Reform Management Unit (HSRMU) / Project Management Unit (PMU), invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of the required services/items as specified in the Bidding Documents. The procurement is for the digitization of project data software related to the Deworming Initiative of School-Aged Children in Balochistan for the period 2026-28, with a total of 10,000 items. Items being procured: - Digitization of Project Data Software (Deworming Initiative of School-Aged Children in Balochistan 2026-28 Total items count (No. 10000) The procurement falls under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. The bidder must meet minimum eligibility requirements including at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity, a minimum turnover of PKR 1,500,000 during the last three years, and must be an Active Taxpayer. Valid BRA Registration Certificate is mandatory. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Intellectual property developed under this assignment will remain the exclusive property of the Government of Balochistan. The bidder should provide unconditional acceptance that DHIS2 integration is mandatory and demonstrate capability in software architecture, application development, database development, mobile/offline functionality, testing, deployment, training, and system support. Experience with API development, data exchange, interoperability, and integration with external information systems is required. Confidentiality and security measures for Government data during development, testing, deployment, hosting, maintenance, and support must be implemented. Bid Security of 3% of the bid amount in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender documents can be obtained/viewed electronically through the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) website. Submission of bids shall be only electronic through the supplier dashboard of the EPPS latest by 27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. All bids shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the Project Management Unit (PMU) House No. 26-A, Chaman Housing Scheme, Airport Road, Quetta.
