Disposal of Assets of Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Road Transport Board (RTB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 for the disposal of its assets located in Peshawar. The assets offered for disposal include: - Collection of Adda Fee of Peshawar Bus Terminal (PBT) - Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop in Peshawar Bus Terminal Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark values, and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Office of the Secretary Road Transport Board / Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- per application is payable via bank draft in favor of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Documents are available from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of publication. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipts or Pay Order as specified: Rs. 15,000,000 for the Adda Fee collection asset and Rs. 500,000 for the Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop. Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and meet the required LCB registration categories. The last date for sealed bid submission is 18-09-2026 at 01:30 pm for the Adda Fee asset and 02:00 pm for the Mobile/Computer Accessories Shop. Bids will be opened on the same day shortly after submission times. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders will be required to deposit prescribed Income Tax and any other applicable taxes imposed by Federal or Provincial Governments from time to time. In case the bid submission or opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bid documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security and registration documents will facilitate smooth participation.
