Tender Description
The State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Peshawar is offering the disposal of old unserviceable and out of order engineering items located at its office on Saddar Road Cantt, Peshawar. This procurement invites eligible bidders registered with tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR to participate in the disposal process. The items include boilers, window ACs, lift motors, MS lift cabins, guide rails, doors, and MS tanks among others, all being sold on an 'As is Where is Basis'.
Bidders are required to submit a refundable gate money/bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of SBP Banking Services Corporation. The bids must be sealed and submitted in a single envelope by 21-05-2026 up to 11:00 AM at the SBP BSC Peshawar office. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 AM in the Meeting Room at Mezzanine Floor, Tower Block Building. Interested bidders can inspect the items on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Eligibility criteria include registration with tax authorities, no blacklisting or debarment by any government or regulatory authority including NACTA, and compliance with all qualification requirements as per the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 180 days. The successful bidder must submit 100% of the quoted amount within 7 days of the award and pay 10% advance tax under section 236-A before lifting the items. The bidder will be responsible for lifting the items at their own risk, cost, and labor within two weeks of notification.
