Disposal of GSO Material by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of General Store Office (GSO) material on an "as is where is" basis. This disposal is open to interested firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private limited/public limited companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, and IGOs. The auction will be conducted under a single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security of Rs. 3,000,000/- (30 lac only) must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 and in original (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account at the office of Manager (Disposal), Room No. 306, PESCO Headquarters Peshawar before the closing date and time. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected as non-responsive. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the closing date 15.10.2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority as per PPRA rules. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. For detailed bidding documents, terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, and disposal procedures, bidders should refer to EPADS v2.0. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. In case of grievances, bidders may approach the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under PPRA provisions. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your FBR registration and ATL status are up to date before bidding, and strictly follow the EPADS v2.0 submission process to avoid disqualification.
