Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid security or earnest money must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 and in original form (Pay Order/Bank Draft) before the closing date. The auction opening date and closing date are both on **01-10-2026**, with the closing time at 10:30 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS at the specified date and time. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
