Disposal of Nissan Sunny 1295 CC and Suzuki Cultus 993 CC Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) Karachi Office invites sealed tenders for the disposal of two vehicles on as is and where is basis in Karachi. Items being auctioned: - Nissan Sunny 1295 CC, Registration No. ASN-365, Model 2009 - Suzuki Cultus 993 CC, Registration No. ASH-204, Model 2009 Interested parties are requested to collect bidding documents from the NESPAK office at the address below. The last date for submission of sealed bids is **October 14, 2026 (Wednesday) up to 11:30 a.m.** The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 p.m. The cost of each tender is **Rs. 500/-** for the general public and **Rs. 300/-** for NESPAK employees. Bidding documents can be purchased by an earnest money of **Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only)** in the form of Pay Order or bank draft in favor of NESPAK (Pvt.) Limited. Single earnest money will be accepted for one vehicle only. For submitting bids against more than one vehicle, bidders must furnish earnest money separately, clearly marking the registration number of each vehicle. Successful bidders must remove vehicles from NESPAK premises within 30 days after acceptance of the bid. Inspection can be made during office hours from Monday to Friday between 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the NESPAK office. Earnest money of the first and second highest bidders will be retained until the final decision. NESPAK reserves the right to reject or accept any/all offers according to provisions of PPRA Rules.
