Disposal of Official Vehicles by National Assembly Secretariat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad invites electronic bids for the disposal of official vehicles through an open auction on an as is where is basis. This auction is open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, holding companies, state owned enterprises (both private and public limited), NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Items being auctioned include official vehicles owned by the National Assembly Secretariat. Specific details of the vehicles are available in the e-bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are accessible on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and can also be searched using Disposal Activity ID No. D10822. These documents are also available on the National Assembly of Pakistan's website www.na.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must participate online via their EPADS v2.0 accounts. The e-auction will remain open until Thursday, 1st October 2026 at 02:30 PM and will be reviewed and evaluated online on the same day at 03:00 PM. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest offeror will be automatically selected by EPADS v2.0 as the winner. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the rules. Interested bidders should ensure their FBR registration and active taxpayer status are valid before participating. Timely submission through the EPADS portal is critical to avoid disqualification. This auction provides a transparent and efficient platform for disposal of government assets, ensuring fair competition and best value for the department.
