Disposal of Old/Weeded-Out Newspapers by National Assembly Secretariat

The National Assembly Secretariat Islamabad invites electronic bids for the disposal of old and weeded-out newspapers on an as is where is basis. This disposal is conducted through the EPADS v2.0 platform under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders include Individuals, Sole Proprietorships, Partnership Firms, Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, Holding Companies, Companies Limited by Guarantee, State Owned Enterprises (Private and Public Limited), NGOs, NPOs, and IGOs. All bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. Items being disposed: - Old/Weeded-Out Newspapers The e-bidding documents prepared as per the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2026, contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements. These documents are available for registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 using Disposal Activity ID No. D10744 and also on the National Assembly of Pakistan's official website www.na.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, the 28th September, 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:00 AM. Participating bidders will be automatically notified by EPADS v2.0 regarding preliminary results, with final results to be communicated in due course as per bidding documents. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the rules. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS platform to avoid disqualification. It is important to maintain active registration with FBR and be on the ATL to be eligible for participation.
