Disposal of Unserviceable Store Material

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable store material through e-bids. This procurement is specifically for the disposal of various unserviceable items held by IESCO Headquarters in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Unserviceable store material as per lots detailed in the bidding documents The disposal is on an 'as is where is' basis, requiring bidders to inspect the materials beforehand to satisfy themselves regarding type, quality, and condition. The scope includes removal of the material from the site within 15 working days after issuance of the Release Order. Failure to remove the material on time will result in rental charges of 1% per day of the total value of the disposed material until complete removal. Bids without the required earnest money will be rejected. The bidder must not be blacklisted by any government department or organization including NGC, WAPDA, DISCOs, or GENCOs. Taxes applicable include 18% GST and 10% Income Tax or any other government levies. The tender process requires full payment within 10 working days of the Letter of Acceptance. The bid validity period is 120 days. The disposal committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or cancel the tender without assigning any reason. Force majeure conditions are recognized for possible extension of time. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
