Tender Description
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the disposal of unserviceable vehicles on an As Is, Where Is basis. This procurement is managed by the Disposal Directorate of PESCO in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The disposal includes a variety of vehicles located across different sub-divisions and stores under PESCO jurisdiction.

The vehicles are offered strictly on an As Is, Where Is basis. Disposal will be conducted electronically through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Registration documents, if unavailable, will not be grounds for claims against PESCO. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR must be uploaded electronically and submitted physically in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account before the bid closing date and time.
The bid closing date and time is **06-08-2026 10:00 AM**, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted. Detailed bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0. The highest evaluated responsive bid will be considered for acceptance subject to approval by the competent authority.
For eligibility, bidders should ensure valid FBR registration and ATL status. Experience in vehicle disposal or related procurement is advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is mandatory and must be submitted timely. The disposal process is transparent and governed by PPRA rules.

Visit the PESCO Disposal office or contact the Manager (Disposal) at PESCO Peshawar for clarifications before submitting your bid to avoid disqualification due to incomplete documentation or misunderstanding of vehicle conditions.
