Disposal will be conducted electronically through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004 (as amended) and the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Registration documents, if unavailable, will not be grounds for claims against PESCO. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR must be uploaded electronically and submitted physically in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account before the bid closing date and time. The bid closing date and time is **06-08-2026 10:00 AM**, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted.
