Disposal of Vehicles by Islamabad Electric Supply Company

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of vehicles on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis through E-Bids via the E-PADS v2.0 system. The auction will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Islamabad. The vehicles offered for disposal include: - Eagle Motorcycle Model 2005, Vehicle No. GN-44 - Land Rover Discovery Model 1995, without Registration - Mazda Truck Model 1992, Vehicle No. IDE-6328 Bidders must submit their bids online and upload all mandatory documents as per the E-PADS v2.0 requirements. A bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad is mandatory before bid closing time. The auction is conducted on an 'as is where is' basis, and bidders may inspect the vehicles at IESCO Motor Pool near 132KV Grid Station Rawal Kashmir Chowk Islamabad during office hours until 14.10.2026. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of E-Bids opening. The successful bidder must lift the vehicle within 15 working days of issuance of the Release Order. Registration with FBR is mandatory. Applicable taxes including 18% GST and 10% income tax or any other tax levied by the government will apply on the accepted bid during the contract of auction. Payment for the successful lot must be submitted to the Finance Directorate IESCO in the form of CDR. The bidders are required to submit and upload the undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper duly signed and stamped along with sealed bid security before bid closing time. The bids will be opened and evaluated by the Disposal Committee, and results will be communicated via PPRA/IESCO websites.
