Tender Description
The Provincial Election Commissioner Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is offering an open auction for the disposal of vehicles and a motorcycle located at the office premises in Peshawar. The auction includes three Cultus cars from 2013 with 993-CC engines and one Yamaha motorcycle from 1997 with a 100-CC engine. Interested firms, companies, individuals, sole proprietors, or state-owned enterprises can participate on an as-is-where-is basis.
Vehicles can be inspected during office hours from 0900 to 1600 until 15th June 2026 at the office situated at main Shami Road, opposite Golf Club Gate #02, Peshawar. Bidders must submit security amounts via bank/pay order in favor of the Deputy District Officer, Provincial Election Commissioner, before participating. Separate pay orders are required for multiple vehicles. All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS 2.0 by or before 16th June 2026, with the auction opening at 11:00 AM on the same day.
The successful bidder must provide a National Identity Card and deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the spot within seven days of approval, with 1/4 of the total bid as earnest money. Failure to deposit the balance will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the bid. Bidders are responsible for all applicable government taxes.
This auction is ideal for suppliers experienced in vehicle procurement or disposal, with valid FBR registration and familiarity with government auction procedures. The auction process is straightforward but requires careful attention to deadlines and payment terms.
